GRAEFF Container GmbH - Die Spezialisten für modulares Bauen. is a medium-sized enterprise, which is located in Mannheim since its foundation almost 50 years ago. To be in the position to deal with the continuously increasing goods of order we established an additional production facility in Luebars (Saxony-Anhalt). National sales offices in all major economic regions of Germany as well as international representatives ensure appropriate consulting and support on the spot to our customers.
Graeff builts steel sheds and containers from prefabricated pieces for a variety of uses in industry, handcraft, trade, commerce and communities. The ongoing adjustment of the modules to current construction standards ensures that "state of the art" is being built and delivered.
The location of Mannheim
The management of the company's sales organization and planning has its headquarters in Mannheim. Furthermore the container production is located on the same site which means that production and distribution are linked directly to ensure promptness within the company.

The location of Luebars (Saxony-Anhalt)
At our young, but already proven location in Luebars we manufacture steel buildings of all sizes in several production lines. In selecting the location it was of great importance to us that our additional place of production guarantees a good transport connection to assure quick delivery of raw materials to our construction sites.
The program
With a strongly trained team we plan and build steel halls for production, workshop and warehouse, office pavilions, sales and consulting pavilions, accommodation, sanitary and workshop containers. Other examples would be a tire workshop including storage space as well as a showroom for new cars or schools with a gymnasium and sanitary sector.
Up to now we have developed so many different solutions with our customers out of various industries. Therefore we are sure of being able to realize your ideal of a construction project with our modular system.

We provide financing including favorable conditions that fits your situation and project. You can choose among the options of buying, hiring and leasing. For projects with a manageable runtime, we offer the option to rent modules for the required space.

We give a portion of what we earn to targeted projects of charitable, cultural and social facilities. Particiularily relevant is our support of the Pauline-Maier-Altersheim in Mannheim and the youth department of the VfR Mannheim where we encourage practice and play of the F-up to the A-youth.
