1989	After the Fall of the Wall: Opening of an office n Leipzig; one year later in Dresden, then in Berlin. Within three years 150 car dealerships were delivered to East Germany.
1991	Fonding of the subsidiary company Conta Gmb; opening of a production facility with around 4500 qm roofed hall space on the 30.000pm site in Mannheim-Rheinau.
1992	Development and production of the 2000 TRANSFER quick assembly hall

1995	Enlargement of the product line by the new glass pavilion in EXPO-popular honeycomb look

Opening of a contact office for production and assembling in cooperation with the company Frjasino Factory in Moscow. Opening of contact offices in Skopje, Macedonia and Prizren in Kosovo.
2005	Relocation of corporate headquarters to Mannheim-Rheinau. Production, assembly, logistics and administration are directly linked to a strong location.
